In the export of hazelnuts and rawhide, a certain fund is collected based on the export amounts in order to encourage the export of these products after they are processed or to prevent them from being exported unprocessed with a low added value. Companies that export these products must deposit the necessary amount of funds into the PSF(Support and Price Stabilization Fund) account.
